early or late OT-90 optima mid wheel?

as we know kyosho OT-90 wheel just like that my first picture showed,the adapter structure like the ten cross，but I found I have one pair special wheel,just show as the 2nd pic.very simple design, is that the early or late optima wheels?

My my Yun Fei, you do pull out some unusual parts. I can't help you here. Maybe a third-party manufacturer?
