troubles uploading pics
is anyone else having problems uploading pics??? all i get is UPLOAD OF FILE FAILED.
any ideas please??? |

use www.imageshack.us to upload your pic and link it on here with the image code

I had this trouble too. You can do what Dave suggests or just downsize them.

imageshack will do it for you just pick what file you want to upload, pick image resize for message boards from the drop down and click on upload now.
when it has uploaded you will be taken to a page that will have the forum code ready for you to copy and paste onto your post |

copy the forum link with the image code already done for you paste it and you will have your photo on your post Uploaded with ImageShack.us |

Forbesy - we've been through this.
You even went to the trouble of getting a photobucket account (which you used once - http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=120001 ) so there is no excuse for not using it! Each time someone uploads a photo to oOple is takes up space, which is part of the "slow running" problem. If everyone used photobucket/imageshack then that would be a large load off the oOple server. D20MCK - excellent post, thanks. If I ever get enough time I'll create a thread about using photobucket
