Ardent - last meeting, Thanks!!

Yesterday was only the second time that i'd ever raced at Ardent Raceway - the first time being with the Kettering club team for the 24hr race last month (so i'd done enough practice laps of the layout!).

I really enjoyed my day's racing, great atmosphere & some super close racing (in 13.5 TC at least) Got to say a massive thanks to the organisers, for yesterday & for all the meetings held there in the past - I feel that it has certainly helped maintain the popularity of the on-road classes in this area of the country where it has generally experienced a town-turn in favour of off road.

A real shame that the venue has been forced to close at its current location, we hope with fingers crossed that another more suitable venue can be found in the near future.
