Spektrum Reciever Issue

I have a Spektrum receiver that wont bind it goes into bind mode when you press the button but wont complete. Other recievers are ok with same TX so guess its a fault.
Who repairs these??

i think you need to contact horizon, friend of mine has just got his back from them.He was having some probs, they found the circuit bords inside the rx had come loose.(well thats what the report was anyway?)
