Moving to Hull (for my sins) next month, what options have I got for off road racing in and around the area? Many thanks

What class?
YORCC.org.uk is probably your closest or maybe Batley/MB Models down the M62. Force Raceway in Ossett for circuit/stock cars/banger etc. |

Huge at York. We regularly have 75+ entries on a Saturday night, when the world is back to normal that is!

Thats busy. What tires work best there? When is it likely to start up again?

Yellow minipins , darts or honeycombs. Pins being the fastest but honeycombs longer lasting

Is that because honeycombs loose out on the carpet?

Mostly, yeah. Ok on more sweeping corners but on hairpins and off the line in the final they just don't have the grip of pins/darts. They're good on the bare floor when it gets cleaned up though.
