Hello from Canada Eh!
A local club is starting an indoor carpet off-road race program in a couple weeks and I have no idea on a setup for my XXX4 so I thought I would ask the experts. As you are probably aware, indoor carpet off-road is extremely rare in North America but it is starting to become popular in the north as racers have realized that there are six months of the year that they could be getting their off-road on ![]() Schumacher Mini Pins is the standard tire for the club. I have been using the XXX-S spur gear all summer with good results but thinking on carpet I might destroy my diffs pretty quickly?? Cheers |

found this one from when I have mine. Was running NIMh and brushed at the time so it might need a bit of fine tuning for LIPO
Front: 54 Piston 50wt oil black spring Shock - middle on tower , inside on wishbone Camber link - bottom outisde, so that camber link is low and short Rear: 54 Piston 32.5wt oil red spring Shock - middle on tower , inside on wishbone Camber link - middle on shock tower and outside on a trinity hub with 4mm or washers Long wheel base Cells forward One way two outer and one inner row of spikes removed from front and one inner and one outer row of spikes removed from rear tires. Modified steering linkage - with longer bell cranks and narrower drag link - it's mentioned on here if you search for it. Hope that helps. or at least gives you a starting point.
