Right, I take NO RESPONSIBILITY for any damage but.....

I have had this to a battery do the same, that had not swollen, I raised the voltage to 6.2v by putting it on a 1A NiMH charge, but as soon as the voltage was 6.2V I cancelled the charge and switched to LiPo charge.

DO NOT ATTEMPT IF BATTERY IS OLD, DAMAGED OR SWOLLEN

How low has it gone down to?
You can try charging it with a nihm charger on a low amperage 1-2 amps for 1-2 mins at a time to try and bring up the voltage then switch to your normal lipo charger.
Plus get thread moved to electrics

i agree on this,it happened to me, it does work.mine was only on NIMH charge for like 5seconds, just enough to hit 3.1volts a cell then put it on 0.5amp on the lipo charger, it may take a few cycles before the battery becomes as good as it was, but also may not hold its charges as long.

yep all the above are ok, i had one from new like this, a few mins on NIMH until the charger could detect the voltage then go back to a normal balanced charge. It will be fine

Default are you mad??

Knowing how volatile RC batteries are, why bother messing with them?? Just write it off, buy another pack, stay safe.

And if you race with me please let me know so that I don't marshall your car with this Lipo in it, I don't wanna be anywhere near it lol!
