Default diff issues

guys could really do with some help!
heres some pics of my rear diff this is a new car with all new parts oils the lot, every time i use car for about 15 min the diffs start to turn to tar

Looks like you are over-filling the diffs. No need to fill above the cross-shafts.

It's possible that because you are overfilling them, the diff is incapable of sealing properly, so the oil is getting contaminated from grease and dirt very quickly.

im using ae oils, thought grease on camera mite give it a more realistick pic
managed to get some addvise today from a ae member turns out i had wrong set up in diffs causing car to diff out and cook the rear diff oil.
