Has anyone had there items delivered or a PayPal refund yet?

Could this have been a hacked account? Didn't look like that bad an ebayer, plenty of sales etc etc,
Did anyone try emailing him direct to see what's happened,

PayPal gave me my money back.
I read a post from the guy on another forum that said when eBay shut his account he lost everyone's details, who had been dispatched, who had paid for what and was stuffed. He did say his PayPal account had credit and people should just dispute it and they would get their cash back.
I still wanted my order, it was cheap! Never mind.

just a guy out to make some quick money but got stopped when they realised what he was doing.

emails i received through paypal from him stating he was selling the items then everyone claim refunds making out he was been scammed but obviously it was the other way round.

it definately wasnt a hacked account if it was he must have given his information to someone to do it for him. someone phoned they guy he claimed he didnt know that all this had happend but yet all emails received from him via paypal comfirm it was him saying people had his phone number and email addresses.

also if it was hacked and he found out about it he should have got paypal to sort it not let it get out of hand claiming we were all scamming him
