Default dBoots tires testing on carpet

I had my local hobby shop and track order me some dBoots tires for my TLR 22 that is setup in mid motor and raced on carpet

The rear Nanobytes in A compound with Jconcepts closed cell inserts were mounted up last night. I didn't glue the front Blockpass also in A compound at first as I wanted to try them on full size rims and again on narrowed rims both with hard Schui foam inserts. The fronts are fairly soft and needed the outside edge glued but i left the inside edge unglued and kept them in the wider position. I also glued the outside sidewall to stop the car from over steering in the high speed corners

The rear tires showed very little wear after 4-5 runs. I have ordered up the Nanobytes for the front of the car to compare to the Blockpass tires.

Has anyone else tried these tires yet? Any tricks you can share?

From my experiance with dboots multibytes on grass wear rate is fantastic 20 -30runs. Do seem to be a hard wearing tyre but not fast enough for die hard racer who prefere to use 3sets a day.
