Default boat flexi shaft question

i know this is a boat question but you dont seem to have a section for it so this is the closest 1 lol

my question is ive just bought a 330mm flexi shaft and brass outer for a project im doing and i want to know whats the best way to put a bend in the brass outer tube ?

Put the flexshaft into the stuffing tube, before bending it into shape, as it helps to stop it from kinking. Bend slowly and methodically.

Basically do it with your thumbs. Hold it in both hands and apply a little pressure, not too much, otherwise you'll kink it.
