Smile 2.4 Ghz stick Tranny and Lipo Charger

Etronix Pulse F.H.S.S EX3GPro 2.4GHz (Stick) with lots of features is about the cheapest. ( CoreRC Code is same box badged ) ~£75

They do a basic version Pulse EX2G but it has very limited features. ~£45

Try HobbyKing UK Warehouse for IMAX_B6 AC Charger Discharger_1_6 Cells GENUINE UKWarehouse ~£32 inc delivery

There's a cheaper copy version but they say not as reliable. The IMax is quite popular

The Imax is a good charger as Morpheus points out. Good value too.

For a Tx/ Rx I'd suggest that you don't want a cheap one, you want an affordable one. My experience with cheap radio gear is not positive at all; think about it, you're going to trust this equipment to be the link between you and your pride and joy.
When cost is an issue, look at something 2nd hand - 40meg still works perfectly, hence my advice would be to look for a well looked after Futaba 3GR,3vcs KO esprit 2, universe or Sanwa exzes etc.

Default Tranny

Don't know how long you can wait but the new sanwa Gemini is coming out in November and looks to have all the features you would ever need for around £150. Yes it's a bit more money but you would never need to change it, ever.

Sanwa 2.4 is also very very good
