extended body mounts,

Hey all I'm trying to find some body mounts for a short course,
I need to extend the mounts up about 20mm and I know that I used to be able to get mounts
which just slipped onto what was already there and body pinned in place.
Are these still available anywhere as looked and can't to seem to find any or any that would work?

Or is there any other ways of doing this?
