Default Good club spec radio

Hi all, what radios are you guys using at club level (steering wheel)? I had a dx2 for bashing my rtrs about with but it's just not upto the job no more, used the dx7 for a few years so menus terminology etc are familiar but I wouldn't be bothered about switching brands. Any input appreciated

Cheers
Nick

Futaba 4PL is what floats my boat but it is a pricey mid range TX. That said it has been perfectly reliable, no glitches, great range even without using aerial tubes.

If you are used to Spektrum..the Dx2s....Dx3s... or the new Dx4s are all good IMO....

Yes, I think it adds telemetry but apart from that is very similar.

Absima CR4T 4 channel wheel transmitter. 2.4Ghz transmitter and receiver, with Telemetry for £100

Cheap and full of options as much as some of the high end stuff

There is a new high end Futaba out soon (4PX) so you might find a few cheap 4PKS out there new and used which is a proper high end radio system.

+1 for the MT4, i've always used Sanwa and never had so much as a glitch.

I bought mine 1 year ago and for all that time it's just worked.

Before this I had an Ansmann W3.1 (basically a re-badged Sanwa MX Sport) and that gave me faultless service for 2 years as well, even when running Savox servos I never needed a power cap.

Get the MT4

What are thoughts on the m11x? Look a real high end piece of kit that should last and I've found a couple for sale at a good price?

It should be noted that telemetry is not only not required, but not allowed in 1/10 off road.
No idea if it's ever been checked for though.
