hobbyking 35A esc question
Im running this esc on a carisma gtb with stock 4500kv motor.
Theres so much going on in this tiny little car. Im wondering if I really need the fan and the big capacitor pack thing on it? Just thinking of saving space and trying to make things easier to fit.

no you don't need the fan and if its got a separate cappack then its the 60amp.. I
know someone that run without it and it was fine

ok thanks for the info, Im still a newbie, only just last saturday did my first race meeting with a micro, hardly ripping it up and the motor was only 47 degrees at the end of 5 minutes LOL, so I didnt think the fan is needed on the ESC, at the moment
its deffo the 35A version, and its got a big black heatshrink wrapped board thing, couple of capacitors and some other bits in there. I assume this is to give the ESC some punch, might try without it as its only a micro.
