Default Acetone Service???

What do ya think?

I thought seen as acetone isnt the most pleasent substance on earth, to save you the trouble of removing the tires and cleaning the wheels im happy to do it.
How it would work:
  • Send me the wheels in the post or give them to me at a meeting.
  • I remove the tires
  • Clean up the wheels
  • Send them back, or give you them back at a meeting
The cost would be 30p for a pair of wheels to have the tires removed and be cleaned up.
Postage would be extra though.

Ben

I'd give you 30p for each pair pair of wheels Ben. I hate acetone and have nowhere to acually us it, so it would be worth it

Ben, not to put a dampener on your extra-racing-token activities, but please make sure you take safety into mind, gloves and respirator essential if you are going to be doing lots, goggles wouldn't go amiss, oh, and not in your bedroom, don't want to be writing an obituary on here for you!

Default ACETONE!!!!!!

Ben, just a thought for your health mate, a good friend of mine who fibreglassed roofs would throw all his brushes and rollers away after each job but continually washed the resin off his hands(yeah his own fault i know) with acetone, this resulted in a cancer growing on his forearm which in turn lead to the inevitable, sorry to put a downer on things but just take the proper precautions mate.

Ben, I'm In Australia, would you offer the service internationally, Only joking
But seriously 30pence a pair is way too cheap, I'd think a quid minimum,
I reckon theres got to be a better way of making a few quid, maybe offering a pick of parts for a small fee service, maybe cleaning cars after a muddy raceday
DON'T SELL YOURSELF SHORT

£1 a pair would be immensly expensive and people would might go buy their own acetone then he loses buisness! Especially in this time of credit crunch!
Ben probably gets acetone in BIG quantities so I'm sure he's making plenty of dosh on it along with all his other lil business's and projects
