Default Trakpower Lipo

Apologies if this has already been asked ( I've had a quick look )

Do Trakpower 5400 Stickpacks fit in a cat sx ?

Gotta start buying stuff soon if i`m gonna get back into offroad and not much is coming up second hand.

Found a shop that does a Trakpower 5400 the same price as a 4900

I`d hold on untill the BRCA`s lipo list comes out to see if they are legal to use, That said, if your doing BRCA santioned events that is.
The list is due at anytime if you look at this thread.

Probably better off with 4900 for 4wd because its 25C (122.5 amp), where as the 5400 is only 16C (86.4).

I've got a couple of the Trakpower 3600 30C packs and they're more than fine.
The C rating is important - as stated elsewhere on this thread.
But for info - at EPR over the winter, I've been taking less than 2000mAh out of my cells with a 5.5T B/l.

You do need some weight though with the 3600 packs as they are stupidly light!!

Ive been running 3600mah and they have been fine, but I will only be using 4900mah once my legal cells arrive.

Be aware, due to the ampage increase between the 3600 and 4900, you may need to motor down one wind to tame the power.
