Pretty impressive, Looking in the comments part on YouTube some think its fake, But i dont think it is

Those have actually been around for years. My step brother had one like 3 years ago. He actually caught a couple fish with it. A cat fish took to the bottom of the lake once though, never did get it back.

totally fake video. check out the naff zoom frame shifting and inconsistent surface downdraft wash - jerky movements are always a dead giveaway...
