Default Big Bore springs - question for the team drivers

Guys,

What springs on the big bores have you been using so I can gather a list of things to pre order? Has it been similar to running red and grey springs everywhere etc?

Also what pistons have you been using more frequently, more holes or less?

It's true Mikey!! All the springs on the Big Bores are Black, they all have a number etched on to them relating to the spring type.

Not 100% sure what Si, Grant and Tom were running at Worksop though, sure someone else can let you know

I knew they are all black and have the rates marked on them. Just hoping for an indication of which ones

be nice to know which are the most common, as there isnt much point in buying the full set of 6 fronts and 7 rears when you only mix between a couple of springs , on my cat i find old grey on the front never changes but i change the rears around to new reds, old reds, or new blues pending on the track

I am so glad they are making them black with markings. I hate all the multi colour springs you have to mix and match and never go with any of my paint schemes

Couldn't agree more, Losi pink springs are a bit garish

However I'm a no stikers on the body shell driver!

But why?
By covering the entire Body in stickers, you don't need any paint at all, and consequently you'll save a lot of weight...

I don't like too many stickers on the car neither. The few stickers on the shell of my SC10 are ither realistic ones (Castrol) or are small and adusted in colour to the paint scheme (e.g. red and green Speed Passion logo).

My SV will probably get a large SMC sticker on the clear rear wing (painted ones tend to look not so nice after a bad landing...) and the Schumacher/Union Jack logo on the sides; that's about it...

Back to the springs...

Any idea yet what springs are included in the kit and what springs to use indoors? Wifey imposed a price limit on the initial order, so the complete spring kits will not be an option for me...
