Hi guys, we are having a charity meeting at Wycombe radio car club, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. The meeting will take place on Sunday 25th July 2010. The info is below. If you wish to enter please print off the attached entry form, fill it out and post it to the address supplied on the form.

IN AID OF MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT

Wycombe Radio Car Club, Commercial Court, Leigh Street, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 2RH

The 2010 ‘Micro’s for Macmillan’ Open will cater for the following Micro Off Road Classes;
 4WD Open – 2009 BRCA Rules
 2WD Open – 2009 BRCA Rules

Race Format;
• Open practice
• 4 rounds of FTQ qualifying
• A-Z finals for all drivers - the top 2 finishers in each final bumping up to the next final!
• Chocolate/sweets will be awarded to the top 3 drivers (non bumping up) in each final.
• Doors open for open practice at 8am. Drivers briefing at 9:20am. Racing to start at 9:30am

Entry fees;
• £5 in advance
• £7 on the day (space permitting) per class entered.

Entries will not be confirmed until payment has been received/cleared. If payment is not received in advance then a place cannot be confirmed. Entries are limited to a maximum of 7 heats (56 cars). Allocation of heats will be based on entry numbers for each class. Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Please post entries to; Craig Homer 33, Hazeltree Road,Watford, Herts,WD24 6RH. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Wycombe Radio Car Club’. Please include a SAE for confirmation of entry via post. Closing date for advance entry is Friday July 9th 2010

Entries cancelled before the closing date will be refunded in full. Any entries not cancelled by the closing date will be liable for the entry fee in full. There will be hot & cold drinks and snacks available from a burger van. Pit benches, chairs and mains power will be provided.
