for me 2wd is more fun and having a bit of a revival at the moment with the relise of the cougar sv and alike

4wd is fun but imo just too easy to drive so not as rewarding when you are getting it right ,,,

Where are you racing Tom? I live in Wellingborough & the nearest off road track I know of is either Silverstone or Stotfold - I would be interested to know where this new track is?

P.S; 2wd all the way for me - it teaches good car control & is less reliant on expensive equipment... in that class the B4 seems to be the car to go for, especially if you are starting out.

2wd - much easier maintenance, usually more robust, teaches good car control.

4wd - 'Easier' to drive, and quicker round the track, but at a cost.

It is the relocation of Nene Valley Raceway

The grand opening weekend is July 31st August 1st with races for Large Scale and 1/8th.

The new track is bigger and better than ever.

Come and have a look and have a race.

Check out the website www.nenevalleyraceway.co.uk

We run Largescale 2wd & 4wd, Rallycross Nitro and Electric and are possibly going to put in place a 1/10th offroad track too. All on Astro to allow year round racing.
