Default LRP SXX TC V1 or V2?

Hey guys, I recently bought a used LRP SXX TC that is apparently a V2, however, it has no markings on it to say it's a V2 and I'm not sure how to find out, is there any way to see this? I haven't use it yet it's still in the box and I will send it back if it's a V1.

The number on the box is 80950. Thanks!

Just because someone says they don't accept returns doesn't give them the right to mis-sell an item, so I can't see why you wouldn't have a case.
