Help!
So when I have my dex410 on the car stand and I'm tweaking everything I've noticed when I turn all the way left it I hear a consistant off and on grinding noise then when I hear the grinding noise it shakes the whole car. Then when I set the remote on 40% s/r it doesn't do it. Need help please!

I'm assuming you're applying throttle while steering. Try raising your front arms to the point where the shafts are level, and apply throttle while steering. Does this increase or decrease the grinding? If the grinding decreases,your cvd's may be binding when the front suspension is at full droop. Adjusting the shock mounting positions, adding internal shock limiters, and/or adjusting the steering end points could help. Just a thought.

Yes its while I apply a little throttle and it's only when I turn left. Even when leveling the arms theres still on and off grinding I turned the steering down to 50% and the grinding is gone but anything above 50 the grinding comes back. Won't this affect sharp turns on the track? What can I do? Aren't I supposed to be able to turn at a 100%?

if you use to much thread lock while building the cv joints it can bond them together so they dont work properly,try taking them out and see if they work like they are ment to,

It sounds like you have tightened the set screw on the cvd too tight and it has bent the cvd pin. I did that once.

How do I remove threadloc? I put some on the pin that goes in the hex hub and can't get it out.

Yay got it the pin in the cup wasn't centered. Thanks for your help guys I really appreciate it!
