Default 502X Starting Point for Racing

Hi everyone, brand new to racing and wanted to get a starting point on some basics for a 502X. Will be racing on a medium/high grip indoor dirt track. Looking for help on tire selection, which shock position to start with, shock oils, and anything else a newbie would need to know. Will be running lipos and a brushless set-up.
Any set-up help would be much appreciated. I have already learned so much from the other threads. Thanks in advance.
