Not that will give awesome results......

Easy way is try cleaning with a neat APC like G101.

Not so easy is making a thin paste out of Hydrogen Peroxide and bicarb soda, wipe over the face of the wheel, leave paste on and sit them in the sun light for a few hours (or under a UV light). That may well give better results but more involved.
