Just to let everyone know..

Doors will open at 8.30am... Practice hopefully underway by 9am from a pre printed out heat listing done sat eve..

This meeting and all remaining meetings will be capped to 120 people in order to ensure an earlier finish for everybody IF these meetings are not full by the sat eve, due to cancellations etc Roger will then contact people from the reserve list via email...
If people should decide to turn up on the day to race, knowing the meeting is full, then this is your decision...unfortunately we may have to turn you away.

Just for peoples information, with the now earlier starts, what time does the club anticipate meetings will finish?

(Discounting any unforseen glithches on the day etc)

I would say around 5pm ish?

Im sure Roger will be along to give you a better idea.. as the pc will be on auto it will probably be able to give him an approx finish time..
