I run an Alturn servo in my Losi XXX-SCT, 9.1kg torque and 0.09s speed, metal geared and they only cost £18
Didn't expect much for the price and was only going to be a temporary one until i got a Savox ordered but it's still in use, taken lots of hammer in 6 mths and had no problems so would recommend for a 2wd truck, a few mates run them too, haven't heard of any issues with them |

Nice one Si.
I still haven't modded my servo post to fit my Savox 1251 so currently running an antique Futaba S3050 and it seems absolutely fine so it'll probably stay in for the duration. |

I've been advised by numerous people that 9+kg is the level to go for so Savos 1251/1258 etc would be good.
Annoying that any second hand ones get whipped up so damn quickly
