Dear Guy's, I want to order some tires at JE, but could use some support on the colors. So what's what, soft,medium,hard?

Schumacher Yellows then. Either Mini Pin or Spike.
Mini Pins are aggresive on the steering and you'll probably trim a row or more from the inner and outer edges. Same goes for the rear. Mini Spikes are more forgiving and sometimes the outer rows are removed on the fronts

are you running 2 or 4wd?
The new 2wd front stagger ribs may work on 2wd cars but wait for someone else to post before committing to buy those. Trimming the spikes applies to both classes

If it's high grip carpet staggers, cut staggers if you need a bit more grip on the front!
