Default New transmitter. Cannot get working

Have just brought a second hand etronix 2.4 transmitter and have put receiver in car and blinded with no problems.

After taking the bind plug out the car:

- constantly moving even with th hold switched to 1. If I switch to 0 the car goes about 3/4 top speed.

- wheels automatically switch to the right and I have no control over steering at all.

I have reset the transmitter as it was second hand but makes no difference.

Would welcome any help as starting to pull my hair out

Thanks

I have plugged the steering into ch1 and now seems to work. Only problem is the car is constantly moving. If I switch th hold to 0, the car hits 3/4 speed although if I push stick up, it hits full speed.

Ch3 must not knackered I presume as it says to use this for steering in book

+1 for calibrate the esc,
channel 1 is steering,
channel 2 is your esc,
channel 3 you will never use with a car unless you use it for a transponder or a cap
