RC10B6
Hi
Thinking of an RC10 B6 If I bought the Team kit are there any option parts people consider to be a 'must'? Thanks |

Servo horn
AS1366 That's 25 tooth
AS1364 That's 23 tooth So just depends on what servo you have you can get them from mb models |

Alternatively I've successfully used the hudy v2 offset horn when I had mine.
DY293493 25t DY293492 24t DY293491 23t Availability on these is usually better... |

I can't understand why so many people have clearance issues with the ae horns, plastic or alloy. If the servo is spaced correctly, I.e. 90 degree drag link, there should be plenty of clearance. Maybe you've fallen for the trap of using too long screws to attach the servo to the mounts causing contact with the side rails. This would be pretty obvious though as the servo wouldn't sit flat. Some low profile servos have a spline location some 4mm closer to the edge, these aren't suitable for the b6.

Hi
The problem was the OE horns didn't fit the servo so they were out of the question. The ally horn I have was slightly to tall. Two hole options & top unused hole fouled. Before I buy another I wanted to see what others used. Ordered an Associated one now. Cheers |
