Default tc3/tc4

hi all. am I correct I'm thinking the tc3 and the tc4 are the same car with just different chassis or is there more differences?

Yeah there were many differences the chassis being the main the wishbones shock towers steering rack the top link geometry is different I think the only common thing was the the gearboxes. That's from memory

Funny you ask that questions because i were about to ask the same thing after i found my unused TC3 at the attic, i only bulid it an never have had a chance to use it because of real life things back then

slightly off topic but could anyone suggest a good starting point for gearing on a tc4. I run 10.5t brushless on a low traction track with one average length straight?

trial and error buddy the tc4/tc3 were way before the brushless era but the internal ratio of a tc3/tc4 is 2.5 to 1 so get calculating you sholud be able to get some where near.
