Hi anybody having problems with Firefox not responding and shutting down recently

check for updates and run the latest version. most of the crashes i see with firefox are because of adobe flash plugin. check you are running the latest flash update also.
Alternatively run google chrome.

Hi Paul,

I only run Firefox now and its been great mate (win 7 standard desktop pc)

Almost certainly its a plugin to blame.
Firefox has a really nice feature to start itself in SAFE MODE so it loads no plugins. If that gets you stable again, then go through your extensions, plugins and add-ons list and turn on one at a time till you find the culprit.

mine crashed about 2 weeks ago just after doing an update, i then did a fresh install of firefox and no problems since.
