Hi All,
New here, and hope to enjoy the community. I have a SC10 kit which I built, with a Castle Creations 6900 brushless, Momba Max Pro, Spektrum 2.4 Ghz and a HiTec servo for the steering. When I give it the gas, I get a slipping noise in the diff. Is there anyway to stop this from happening. It is the stock tranny, with a 48P pinion 19T, and I had to use the 87 spur gear. Any help would be cool. Cheers! Greg |

I've only just got my SC10 so not exactly qualified to give an in depth answer - but assuming your SC10 has a gear diff it can't slip, in which case it must either be the slipper or your gear meshing between pinion and spur?
Edit - check it's not the rear wheel spinning on the axle as well - it's a common problem with the drive pin chewing the rim. |

Hog,
Thanks for the info, I will check it out. Hopefully it is a simple fix. You will find SC10 an amazing truck, easy to handle too. Cheers! |
