Default ZX5 Driveshaft question

Hi

The pin in the front of my stock driveshaft has vanishe, and rather than buy a whole new shaft, I was wondering if anyone knew if I could just buy the small rod that is missing?

Thanks in advance

I believe there was a driveshaft rebuild kit listed for the rear of the original RB5 but can't remember the full number. This came with an axle, the pivot boss, grub screw and the pin.

I am not aware of the pins being listed separately but they might well appear under general hardware by their dimensions rather than as a part reference to the driveshaft.

In the past, at a push to keep going, I've cut down a drill bit shank and used that but there is no substitute for a pin of the correct spec.

When you rebuild your driveshafts clean everything with solvent and use a good quality low strength thread lock, a 242 is perfect.
